Bentuk Kalimat Bahasa Inggris (1)

Bahasa Inggris memiliki 16 pola kalimat yang biasa dipakai sehari-hari yaitu:

IV. Pola Kalimat Masa Depan Bertolak pada Masa Lalu
13. Past Future Tense
14. Past Future Continuous Tense

1. Simple Present Tense
Adalah pola kalimat yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu perbuatan yang berlangsung pada waktu sekarang, atau suatu kebiasaan atau juga suatu kebenaran yang tidak bisa dipungkiri dalam bentuk kalimat sederhana.

Pola kalimat sekarang yang sederhana dalam bahasa Inggris terbagi dua pola yaitu:
1). Nominal Simple Present
2). Verbal Simple Present
 
 Ad. 1).  Nominal Simple Present adalah pola kalimat yang menggunakan predicate-1 dan to be -1

* Rumus Kalimat Positif: Subyek +To Be 1 + Predicate - 1
  

* Rumus Kalimat Negatif: Subyek +To Be 1 + Predicate - 1



* Rumus Kalimat Tanya: To be 1 + Subject + Predicate 1 ?



 Ad. 2) Verbal Simple Present Tense adalah pola kalimat sekarang yang sederhana dengan menggunakan Verb 1

Rumus kalimat positif: Subject + Verb 1
 

Rumus kalimat negatif: Subject + Do/Does Not + Verb 1
 

Rumus kalimat tanya: Do/Does + Subject + Verb 1?
